Each Friday our chef will prepare soup and salad choices using fresh, in season, and whenever possible local ingredients. Each dinner option comes with an appetizer, as well as your choice of soup or salad.

Chimney Corners has long been known for their delicious desserts, which include traditional favorites as well as new options. Selections will vary week to week with fresh, local ingredients used whenever possible, however the resort favorites of Flourless Chocolate Cake, Carrot Cake, and Coffee Angel Food Cake are still offered!
