May - Lots of opportunity. Memorial Day weekend, cottages available as well as Lodge rooms. Remember the discount coupon.

June - Welcome to June!  Spring rates are in effect until June 15th with full season rates beginning June 16th!  Visit us after Memorial Day Weekend for a few more days of quiet walks in the woods to view the lovely carpets of trillium's or bike rides on the Betsie Valley Trail. 

We do have cottages and apartments available during this first full week of summer.  This year, we are offering a special 15% DISCOUNT for the week of June 16 - June 23rd for weekly rentals in a cottage or apartment (excluding the Lodge).  Please see the coupon section at the bottom of this page.

Lodge rooms are available for overnight visits.  Or, if you are planning last minute, we will release those units that are not rented by the week for a 2-3 day minimum rental.   Call or email to confirm availability.

July - Occupancy is limited during the month, but we DO have availabilities.  Please contact us for exact rental choices!  Lodge rooms remain in good supply - call early to reserve for weekends. 

September - Summer officially ends Labor Day Monday and so do our summer rates. Starting September 4th, rates drop. Traditionally the first few weeks of September are beautiful. Warm days and cool nights. The water is usually warm, wonderful and swimable until mid to late month. Join us when the crowds depart, the kids are in school and all that summer offers, still remains.

Fish, Golf, Shop, Hike, Bike, Kayak, Dine....so much to do!

October - We are busiest during the 3-day Columbus Day weekend.  There are many choices during most of the month. Color peaks around mid-October, but sometimes towards the end of the month.
